用JS怎么实现按键盘上的某个键？

现在我想用JS实现按键功能
比如按F9
我只是知道F9键的ASCII码为119
希望大家能帮助我谢谢

不同浏览器的功能键不尽相同，F9 是干嘛用滴？！

IE 下可以监视键盘动作（event.keyCode），至于模拟就办不到，
其实直接执行相应处理就可以了！
