【leetcode】1287. Element Appearing More Than 25% In Sorted Ar

题目如下：

Given an integer array sorted in non-decreasing order, there is exactly one integer in the array that occurs more than 25% of the time.

Return that integer.

Example 1:

Input: arr = [1,2,2,6,6,6,6,7,10]
Output: 6

Constraints:

• 1 <= arr.length <= 10^4
• 0 <= arr[i] <= 10^5

解题思路：最直接的方法是统计每个元素出现的次数。
