win7上使用vb鼠标滚动

1.将VBmousewheel.dll放到c：/windows：/systemWOW64中（64位，32位放在system32中）
2.运行-注册这个dll
3.vb外接程序-外接程序管理器-mousewheel-启动（第一二项）
