vi /etc/apt/sources.list
2.新增如下源
deb http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/kali sana main non-free contrib
deb http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/kali-security/ sana/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/kali-security/ sana/updates main contrib non-free
deb http://mirrors.aliyun.com/kali sana main non-free contrib
deb http://mirrors.aliyun.com/kali-security/ sana/updates main contrib non-free
deb-src http://mirrors.aliyun.com/kali-security/ sana/updates main contrib non-free
3.按照官方文档。
apt-get update
apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop fuse
在这一步的时候会遇到一些问题，提示缺少了一些包，逐个安装就好。

我终于发现了问题所在，因为我的Kali系统是Rolling, 2016的新版本，传统的vmtools已经被抛弃，现在建议使用Open-VM-tools，其他更为详细的区别请看这里http://mt.sohu.com/20160122/n435536962.shtml
