/etc/motd 用户登陆时显示的文字
这里先提供两个概念，login shell 和no login shell。在图形界面下进入shell的时候不需要登录，那就是no login shell!
系统的环境配置：
login shell:
/etc/profile 所有用户的全局配置文件
以下三个是用户的个性配置，且按照顺序，只会读取一个！
~/.bash_profile
~/.bash_login
~/.profile
并且会自动读取~/.bashrc，注意~/.bshrc又会呼叫/etc/bashrc!
nologin shell:
~/.bashrc
