1. 注意xml头部问题
   比如在xx-servlet中注意:

   <mvc:annotation-driven/>
       <context:component-scan base-package="cn.itcast.ssm.controller"></context:component-scan>

   要用

2. 注意是否拦截了url

3. 扫描时抛异常

   http://*.com/questions/29755736/java-lang-illegalargumentexception-while-added-contextcomponent-scan

原因:java8和spring3的结合会有很多诡异的BUG,切记
