如何检查哪个程序占用了串口1（COM1）

一台工业级平板电脑，想通过串口外接一个读写器，但发现串口1总是被一个应用程序调用，请问各位高手，如何检测出哪个应用程序占用了串口1？？？谢谢各位！！
