1.ssh无法连接服务器：因部署ftp服务，误将/var目录的所有者和所属组改成了ftp，以致于SSH无法二次连接；

2.集群服务器的hadoop的datanode节点死亡，在对应节点拉起即可。若无法拉起，排查磁盘是否故障；

3.因数据库版本不一致，可能导致搭建平台时无法正常导入SQL文件；

4.集群升级时出现过平台无法正常启动，可能出现的原因包括：

* 未根据集群环境完全正确修改对应的升级配置文件；

* 一些*.exe程序文件和部分配置文件未完全同步；

* 服务的启动方式及顺序存在错误；

5.广电局广告系统的广告播发故障；
