Windows下Rust build显示error: linker `` not found问题解决办法

在Window 操作系统中安装Rust，在命令行下运行

cargo build

结果提示

这是说明没有微软MS VC++编译环境的链接程序，需要VC++ 2013或及以后版本的VC++编译器，既

Visual Studio 2019 生成工具Visual Studio 2019 build tools或者微软Visual Studio。下载build tools之后，在Visual studio installer中只选择“C++生成工具”，然后只选择"MSVC v142 - VS2019 C++  x64/x86 生成工具"。安装上去大约需要1.8G硬盘空间。
