其实本地有文件，但是就是报这个错，可能就是maven没有拉最新的包，这个时候在idea中maven选项，把work offline的√取消掉，删除本地依赖文件，重新加载问题就解决了。
下面这种情况也是同样处理取消掉√：
在maven install的时候一直报这个错误：
Cannot access nexus (/content/groups/public) in offline mode and the artifact :spring-boot-starter-parent:pom:2.0.............. has not been downloaded from it before.
