在执行以下安装指令
(tensorflow) C:\Users\米>pipinstall --upgrade tensorflow-gpu
报红色字体错误：

这时， 即使用管理员权限，也依然无法解决上面的错误，
这时，只需要添加 –user, 即
(tensorflow) C:\Users\米>pip install –user --upgrade tensorflow-gpu
即可正常运行，
