原来的sql语句：
UPDATE tag SET msplit = '00' issplit = '1' WHERE term = '00'
经过检查之后发现时sql 语句写错了。
应该修改为：
UPDATE tag SET msplit = '00' ,issplit = '1' WHERE term = '00'
