IDEA加载项目时提示Windows Defender might be impacting your build performance. IntelliJ IDEA checked the following directories

解决方案

打开windows安全中心—>病毒和威胁防护
点击管理设置

向下拉，找到添加或删除排除项

然后将IDEA提示的那两个文件夹添加进排除项就可以了
