Linux凝思安装postgresql 安装过程中出现 The database cluster initialisation failed解决方案

在Linux系统中安装postgres9.2.4时出现如下问题：

Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
The database cluster initaialisation failed 

通过网上查找，发现是因为pg默认不支持GBK，而有部分系统选择默认字符集的时候会选择GBK，所以解决办法是不要默认字符集，而是自己手动选择，如下图所示：之后则一切安装正常。
