newer coming ,help seeking (online waiting)

i m going to learn c++ ,for  i love this program,(and also its payment :)and i learned turbo c for some time .i now want to have quick start ,so i want to go a programing training school .like "new_east" such kind .for i saw some report that their students r popular .and others for example from Tsinghua is not so welcome .now want to get help from u brother and sisters (if any :)
