python PIL打开较大的tif影像时出错-OSError: cannot identify image file Image.open

问题：

　　使用PIL打开较大的tif影像（>1GB）出错；

　　错误提示： OSError: cannot identify image file  Image.open

解决方法：

　　将tif影像转换为其它格式的影像数据，比如png格式；数据大小没变，数据信息未损失

　　使用PIL image.open()可以打开
