出现C3P0连接问题

如图，做一个自动登录的页面出现C3P0连接问题
本来是输入用户名就可以自动跳转到成功页面的，可是输进去时候点击提交却还是这个页面，没有跳转，如下图：

我登录页面的代码如下：

用户名
密码
	自动登录

仔细和老师写的代码对比了才发现原来用户名和密码的name属性没有填写。。。

哎，改过来之后就好了
