好不容易重装进入idea，点击编译后出现

解决方法：
打开该服务
win+R 输入 msconfig 可打开该窗口
日常随便优化系统，关闭了这个看起来不太有用的服务，结果看走眼了，事实说明，不能 “以名取服务”（以貌取人），服务不能瞎关闭
