1.安装Anaconda(https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/archive/)
2.安装PyCharm(https://www.jetbrains.com/pycharm/download/#section=windows)
3.在Anaconda Prompt中安装软件包
创建虚拟环境
conda create --name py35 python=3.5
**环境
activate py35
更新pip
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
安装TensorFlow
pip install --upgrade --ignore-installed tensorflow
pip install sklearn
pip install matplotlib
pip install pandas
pip install Pillow
pip install numpy
pip install scipy
安装OpenCV3(https://www.lfd.uci.edu/~gohlke/pythonlibs/#opencv)
https://download.lfd.uci.edu/pythonlibs/u2hcgva4/opencv_python-3.4.5+contrib-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
https://download.lfd.uci.edu/pythonlibs/u2hcgva4/opencv_python-4.0.1+contrib-cp35-cp35m-win_amd64.whl
下载对应版本whl文件,然后安装
pip install xxx.whl
4. 在pycharm中配置python环境
新建工程之后,File->Settings->Project->Project Interpreter

查看安装了哪些包:
conda list
查看当前存在哪些虚拟环境:
conda env list
版本:
python --version
conda --version
删除虚拟环境:
conda remove -n your_env_name --all
删除环境中的某个包:
conda remove --name your_env_name your_package_name
退出环境:deactivate your_env_name
