tombat无法访问webapps解决办法总结

错误概述

tomcat的startup可以正确启用，localhost:8080可以正确访问，但是无法访问webapps下的项目文件

错误分析

将localhost/hello/hello.html改为
localhost:8080/hello/hello.html,加上8080
因为localhost:8080才是指向webapps文件夹的
