npm ERR! Build failed with error code: 11、这种情况首先确认自己的镜像是否是淘宝镜像，不然安装可能应为网络或者访问失败等问题导致依赖下载失败，设置淘宝镜像（npm切换cnpm）

2、这是用命令 cnpm install 试试看能不能安装依赖了，如果还报错就执行 cnpm i node-sass，安装这个库
3、最后在执行 npm install 看看是否安装成功。
最后还没解决，也可以看看是否是版本冲突，更新一下npm 和node的版本，查看一下对应版本。也可将node-model删除了清除缓存（npm cache clean）从新多安装几次试试，遇到好多次别人代码拿过来安装依赖的错误问题了，有时候多安装几次就好了，还有可注意错误提示进行依赖安装。
