通过pip命令安装：pip install Twisted-20.3.0-cp38-cp38m-win_amd64.whl

报错：ERROR: Twisted-20.3.0-cp38-cp38-win_amd64.whl is not a supported wheel on this platform.

下载32位版本，重新安装成功解决。
