今天遇到了这个问题，大致意思就是说这个是conda中的python环境，所以这里需要**一下conda环境，用call conda.bat activate命令来打开环境，然后在路径前面会出现一个（bash）（如下图），然后再输入python，没有报错。
（题外话部分：啊啊啊啊啊啊啊啊，我的主要问题还没有解决，真的是醉了啊啊啊啊啊）
