word文档用浏览器的方式方式在sharepoint中是不受支持的，但infopath和excel由于有Form services和excel services的支持是可以的。
在sharepoint 2010中由于有了OWA的服务，所以excel，word，infopath和outlook都是受浏览器支持。
要在浏览器中直接打开word和powerpoint文档，需要先安装office web apps。
安装完成后并不能直接使用，还要将此激活：
进入站点设置，点击Site collection features，
安装完成后，直接开word和powerpoint文档，出现如下错误：
可以通过新建Word Viewing Service和Powerpoint Service Application的办法解决：
进入sharepoint 2010管理中心，点击Manage Service application。
新建Word Viewing Service和Powerpoint Service Application
完成后，发现还是不行，又出现下面两个错误：
再来到sharepoint 2010管理中心，点Manage Services on server，
发现word Viewing Service和Powerpoint Service是停止的，启动这两项服务：
可以正常打开word和powerpoint文档。
