Personalization Basics For R12 Forms
Enable personalizations. System Administrator > Profile Options and set the following to Yes
a. Personalize Self-Service Defn
b. FND: Personalization region Link Enabled
If set to no, users will see the Personalize link on the top of the page. If set to Yes, the user will see the Personalize link on every region on the page
