引用 bootstrap-modalmanager.js

左右居中

修改 bootstrap-modal.js 中 this.$element.css('margin-left', '');   改为  this.$element.css('margin-left', 0 - this.$element.width() / 2);

去掉 bootstrap-modal-bs3patch.css 中 .model 中的 width: 500px;
