查了很多资料，最后添加了两个环境变量，问题解决
export OS_SERVICE_ENDPOINT=http://127.0.0.1:35357/v2.0
export SERVICE_TOKEN=openstak
添加上后，就可以正常使用了
但dashboard不行了,我去,估计得keystone-manage db sync keystoen;
