See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5527160148197376 for more details在2017年3月14日发表的Google Chrome 57版本中，为了延长笔记本电池使用寿命，加入了对于Javascript定时器的限制，原先的设置是1秒钟最多1次，现在的限制则更加严格，对于不在前台显示的标签页，直接限制其使用的CPU不能超过一个内核的1%，只有当你把这个标签页切换回前台时，才能正常工作，这就是上面那一行字的意思。

如果想取消这个限制，可以在浏览器地址栏输入chrome://flags，然后找到Throttle expensive background timers，把它禁用就可以
