错误如下
ArtifactTransferException: Failure to transfer org.springframework:spring-jdbc:jar:3.0.5.RELEASE from http:// repo1.maven.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository, resolution will not be reattempted until the update interval of central has elaps
解决办法:
添加依赖之后，总是报添加的依赖的jar文件找不到，但是在承上启下的库里面能找到这个依赖的JAR文件，但是在本地的maven的库里面找不到，于是我将本地库里面这个依赖对应的文件夹删掉，然后在eclipse里面执行更新依赖。成功解决问题！
