查了很多网站资料，说得差不多，但是最后编译出来的还是会依赖 BORLNDMM.DLL 和CC3290MT.DLL这两个文件。
后来看到上面的英文网站的资料，才搞定这个问题 具体操作：
1、c++ builder 2009中，打开Project>>Options
2、Diretories and Conditionals中选择Base(不是其他人说的Release)
3、C++ Linker中奖Dynamic RTL设置为False
4、Packages中去掉Build with runtime packages前面的勾
再编译即可
