Bag of Words Meets Bags of Popcorn(1)-Bag of Words

(Bag of Words Meets Bags of Popcorn)的实现,主要参照Rajath Chidananda的《Bag of Words Meets Bags of Popcorn》,整体是按照他的流程来走的,对每一步都加上了注释,也对相应点给出了参考资料链接。

import pandas as pd

train['review'][0]
'"With all this stuff going down at the moment with MJ i\'ve started listening to his music, watching the odd documentary here and there, watched The Wiz and watched Moonwalker again. Moonwalker is part biography, part feature film which i remember going to see at the cinema when it was originally released. Some of it has subtle messages about MJ\'s feeling towards the press and also the obvious message of drugs are bad m\'kay.<br /><br />Visually impressive but of course this is all about Michael Jackson so unless you remotely like MJ in anyway then you are going to hate this and find it boring. Some may call MJ an egotist for consenting to the making of this movie BUT MJ and most of his fans would say that he made it for the fans which if true is really nice of him.<br /><br />The actual feature film bit when it finally starts is only on for 20 minutes or so excluding the Smooth Criminal sequence and Joe Pesci is convincing as a psychopathic all powerful drug lord. Why he wants MJ dead so bad is beyond me. Because MJ overheard his plans? Nah, Joe Pesci\'s character ranted that he wanted people to know it is he who is supplying drugs etc so i dunno, maybe he just hates MJ\'s music.<br /><br />Lots of cool things in this like MJ turning into a car and a robot and the whole Speed Demon sequence. Also, the director must have had the patience of a saint when it came to filming the kiddy Bad sequence as usually directors hate working with one kid let alone a whole bunch of them performing a complex dance scene.<br /><br />Bottom line, this movie is for people who like MJ on one level or another (which i think is most people). If not, then stay away. It does try and give off a wholesome message and ironically MJ\'s bestest buddy in this movie is a girl! Michael Jackson is truly one of the most talented people ever to grace this planet but is he guilty? Well, with all the attention i\'ve gave this subject....hmmm well i don\'t know because people can be different behind closed doors, i know this for a fact. He is either an extremely nice but stupid guy or one of the most sickest liars. I hope he is not the latter."'

from bs4 import BeautifulSoup
example1=BeautifulSoup(train['review'][0])
/home/xiongzy/anaconda3/lib/python3.6/site-packages/bs4/__init__.py:181: UserWarning: No parser was explicitly specified, so I'm using the best available HTML parser for this system ("lxml"). This usually isn't a problem, but if you run this code on another system, or in a different virtual environment, it may use a different parser and behave differently.

The code that caused this warning is on line 193 of the file /home/xiongzy/anaconda3/lib/python3.6/runpy.py. To get rid of this warning, change code that looks like this:

 BeautifulSoup(YOUR_MARKUP})

to this:

 BeautifulSoup(YOUR_MARKUP, "lxml")

  markup_type=markup_type))

train['review'][0]

re.sub(pattern, repl, string, count=0, flags=0)

pattern:表示正则表达式中的模式字符串;

repl:被替换的字符串(既可以是字符串,也可以是函数);

string:要被处理的,要被替换的字符串;

具体strip(),replace()和re.sub()用法:https://www.cnblogs.com/sshcy/p/8065113.html

import re
letters_only=re.sub("[^a-zA-Z]"," ",example1.get_text()) # 注意,这里是将非字母字符替换成空白字符
print(letters_only)
 With all this stuff going down at the moment with MJ i ve started listening to his music watching the odd documentary here and there watched The Wiz and watched Moonwalker again Maybe i just want to get a certain insight into this guy who i thought was really cool in the eighties just to maybe make up my mind whether he is guilty or innocent Moonwalker is part biography part feature film which i remember going to see at the cinema when it was originally released Some of it has subtle messages about MJ s feeling towards the press and also the obvious message of drugs are bad m kay Visually impressive but of course this is all about Michael Jackson so unless you remotely like MJ in anyway then you are going to hate this and find it boring Some may call MJ an egotist for consenting to the making of this movie BUT MJ and most of his fans would say that he made it for the fans which if true is really nice of him The actual feature film bit when it finally starts is only on for minutes or so excluding the Smooth Criminal sequence and Joe Pesci is convincing as a psychopathic all powerful drug lord Why he wants MJ dead so bad is beyond me Because MJ overheard his plans Nah Joe Pesci s character ranted that he wanted people to know it is he who is supplying drugs etc so i dunno maybe he just hates MJ s music Lots of cool things in this like MJ turning into a car and a robot and the whole Speed Demon sequence Also the director must have had the patience of a saint when it came to filming the kiddy Bad sequence as usually directors hate working with one kid let alone a whole bunch of them performing a complex dance scene Bottom line this movie is for people who like MJ on one level or another which i think is most people If not then stay away It does try and give off a wholesome message and ironically MJ s bestest buddy in this movie is a girl Michael Jackson is truly one of the most talented people ever to grace this planet but is he guilty Well with all the attention i ve gave this subject hmmm well i don t know because people can be different behind closed doors i know this for a fact He is either an extremely nice but stupid guy or one of the most sickest liars I hope he is not the latter

lower_case=letters_only.lower()
words=lower_case.split() # split默认是以空格为分割符
# print(words)

# 查看停用词表中的单词
import nltk
# from nltk.corpus import stopwords
# print(stopwords.words("english"))
# words = [w for w in words if not w in stopwords.words("english")]
print(words)
['with', 'all', 'this', 'stuff', 'going', 'down', 'at', 'the', 'moment', 'with', 'mj', 'i', 've', 'started', 'listening', 'to', 'his', 'music', 'watching', 'the', 'odd', 'documentary', 'here', 'and', 'there', 'watched', 'the', 'wiz', 'and', 'watched', 'moonwalker', 'again', 'maybe', 'i', 'just', 'want', 'to', 'get', 'a', 'certain', 'insight', 'into', 'this', 'guy', 'who', 'i', 'thought', 'was', 'really', 'cool', 'in', 'the', 'eighties', 'just', 'to', 'maybe', 'make', 'up', 'my', 'mind', 'whether', 'he', 'is', 'guilty', 'or', 'innocent', 'moonwalker', 'is', 'part', 'biography', 'part', 'feature', 'film', 'which', 'i', 'remember', 'going', 'to', 'see', 'at', 'the', 'cinema', 'when', 'it', 'was', 'originally', 'released', 'some', 'of', 'it', 'has', 'subtle', 'messages', 'about', 'mj', 's', 'feeling', 'towards', 'the', 'press', 'and', 'also', 'the', 'obvious', 'message', 'of', 'drugs', 'are', 'bad', 'm', 'kay', 'visually', 'impressive', 'but', 'of', 'course', 'this', 'is', 'all', 'about', 'michael', 'jackson', 'so', 'unless', 'you', 'remotely', 'like', 'mj', 'in', 'anyway', 'then', 'you', 'are', 'going', 'to', 'hate', 'this', 'and', 'find', 'it', 'boring', 'some', 'may', 'call', 'mj', 'an', 'egotist', 'for', 'consenting', 'to', 'the', 'making', 'of', 'this', 'movie', 'but', 'mj', 'and', 'most', 'of', 'his', 'fans', 'would', 'say', 'that', 'he', 'made', 'it', 'for', 'the', 'fans', 'which', 'if', 'true', 'is', 'really', 'nice', 'of', 'him', 'the', 'actual', 'feature', 'film', 'bit', 'when', 'it', 'finally', 'starts', 'is', 'only', 'on', 'for', 'minutes', 'or', 'so', 'excluding', 'the', 'smooth', 'criminal', 'sequence', 'and', 'joe', 'pesci', 'is', 'convincing', 'as', 'a', 'psychopathic', 'all', 'powerful', 'drug', 'lord', 'why', 'he', 'wants', 'mj', 'dead', 'so', 'bad', 'is', 'beyond', 'me', 'because', 'mj', 'overheard', 'his', 'plans', 'nah', 'joe', 'pesci', 's', 'character', 'ranted', 'that', 'he', 'wanted', 'people', 'to', 'know', 'it', 'is', 'he', 'who', 'is', 'supplying', 'drugs', 'etc', 'so', 'i', 'dunno', 'maybe', 'he', 'just', 'hates', 'mj', 's', 'music', 'lots', 'of', 'cool', 'things', 'in', 'this', 'like', 'mj', 'turning', 'into', 'a', 'car', 'and', 'a', 'robot', 'and', 'the', 'whole', 'speed', 'demon', 'sequence', 'also', 'the', 'director', 'must', 'have', 'had', 'the', 'patience', 'of', 'a', 'saint', 'when', 'it', 'came', 'to', 'filming', 'the', 'kiddy', 'bad', 'sequence', 'as', 'usually', 'directors', 'hate', 'working', 'with', 'one', 'kid', 'let', 'alone', 'a', 'whole', 'bunch', 'of', 'them', 'performing', 'a', 'complex', 'dance', 'scene', 'bottom', 'line', 'this', 'movie', 'is', 'for', 'people', 'who', 'like', 'mj', 'on', 'one', 'level', 'or', 'another', 'which', 'i', 'think', 'is', 'most', 'people', 'if', 'not', 'then', 'stay', 'away', 'it', 'does', 'try', 'and', 'give', 'off', 'a', 'wholesome', 'message', 'and', 'ironically', 'mj', 's', 'bestest', 'buddy', 'in', 'this', 'movie', 'is', 'a', 'girl', 'michael', 'jackson', 'is', 'truly', 'one', 'of', 'the', 'most', 'talented', 'people', 'ever', 'to', 'grace', 'this', 'planet', 'but', 'is', 'he', 'guilty', 'well', 'with', 'all', 'the', 'attention', 'i', 've', 'gave', 'this', 'subject', 'hmmm', 'well', 'i', 'don', 't', 'know', 'because', 'people', 'can', 'be', 'different', 'behind', 'closed', 'doors', 'i', 'know', 'this', 'for', 'a', 'fact', 'he', 'is', 'either', 'an', 'extremely', 'nice', 'but', 'stupid', 'guy', 'or', 'one', 'of', 'the', 'most', 'sickest', 'liars', 'i', 'hope', 'he', 'is', 'not', 'the', 'latter']

# 需要映入的库
import pandas as pd
from bs4 import BeautifulSoup
import re
import nltk
from nltk.corpus import stopwords
# 数据清理函数

def review_to_words(raw_review):
    # 通过BeautifulSoup抽取纯文本
    review_text=BeautifulSoup(raw_review).get_text()
    # 通过正则表达式去掉标点符号
    letters_only=re.sub("[^a-zA-Z]"," ",review_text)
    # 转化为小写,并进行分词
    words=letters_only.lower().split()
    # 去停用词
    stops = set(stopwords.words("english"))
    meaningful_words=[w for w in words if w not in stops]

    # 将处理后的数据返回
    cleaned_review=" ".join(meaningful_words)
    return cleaned_review
# 对编写的函数进行测试
clean_review = review_to_words(train["review"][0])
print(clean_review)

https://blog.csdn.net/guotong1988/article/details/51567562

http://www.itkeyword.com/doc/4813494854317445586/TfidfVectorizer-sklearn-CountVectorizer

from sklearn.feature_extraction.text import CountVectorizer
vectorizer=CountVectorizer(analyzer="word",tokenizer=None,preprocessor=None,stop_words=None,max_features=5000)
print("Creating the bag of words...\n")
# 将每一条评论的特征矩阵转化为数组
train_data_features = vectorizer.fit_transform(clean_train_reviews)
train_data_features = train_data_features.toarray()
# 查看数据特征维度
print(train_data_features.shape)
Creating the bag of words...

(25000, 5000)

vocab=vectorizer.get_feature_names()
print(vocab)

print("Training the random forest...")
from sklearn.ensemble import RandomForestClassifier
forest=RandomForestClassifier(n_estimators=100)
forest=forest.fit(train_data_features,train["sentiment"])
Training the random forest...

# 读取测试数据
test=pd.read_csv("./data/testData.tsv", header=0, delimiter='\t',quoting=3)
print(test.shape)
# test.head()
(25000, 2)
# 对测试数据进行清洗
num_reviews=len(test['review'])
clean_test_reviews=[]

print("cleaning and parsing the test set movie reviews ..\n")
for i in range(0,num_reviews):
    if((i+1)%1000==0):
        print("Review %d of %d \n"%(i+1,num_reviews))
    clean_review=review_to_words(test["review"][i])
    clean_test_reviews.append(clean_review)
cleaning and parsing the test set movie reviews ..
