批量转换文本文件的编码格式

最近用java做项目,用的IDE是myeclipse,平时用惯了vs,现在用它真是有点不习惯,甚至有点觉得弱智

 

代码文件的编码问题,竟然都要程序员自己处理,我X。。。。。

 

没有办法,只能把之前已经存在的项目,全部转成跟现在的一致,免得各个项目都设置一遍编码
