系统配置:两个四核心的cpu,16GB内存,64位 windows 2003系统;
oracle 版本是 oracle 92 ,我装的企业版;
最后创建数据库时出现 12546:tns 许可被拒绝 的错误;
不知道是为什么?
最后无功而反;

貼一下 tnsnames.ora文件看看,應該是網絡配置不正確。

防火墙有关掉吗?

是安装的时候同时创建db,还是安装后通过dbca来创建db?建议安装的时候不要创建db。
