本机环境win7,想要安装tensorflow，试了好久，才装好。官网才是王道。
注意：目前tensorflow 在 windows 环境中仅支持 python 3.5. *64,。所以python版本一定要下对。
我采用的方法是
Installing with native pip，使用 CPU 版本。

C:\> pip3 install --upgrade tensorflow
装好以后进行测试
$ python
Enter the following short program inside the python interactive shell:
>>> import tensorflow as tf
>>> hello = tf.constant('Hello, TensorFlow!')
>>> sess = tf.Session()
>>> print(sess.run(hello))
If the system outputs the following, then you are ready to begin writing TensorFlow programs:
Hello, TensorFlow!
配置PyCharm
习惯了使用JetBrain系列开发工具，于是选用PyCharm来开发，配置如下：
新建工程后在Setting–Project Interpreter选择tensorflow下的Python解释器，例如我的解释器位置： 
等部署完后便可跑个HelloWorld了
