打开ArcMap能打开，Add Data 或打开mxd就出Runtime Error对话框。打开ArcCatlog或者ArcGlobe出现Runtime Error对话框

参考方案：
对于Win7 X64，
(1) 确保C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\microsoft shared\DAO中存在dao360.dll。
(2) 确保C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\DAO目录不存在。
(3) 找个其它电脑上能用ArcGIS的情景，拷贝C:\Users\YOU_USRE_NAME\Documents\ArcGIS下的所有内容，到你的相应的位置。
(4) 打开ArcMap, 然后打开Add Data，虽然卡，但是多等一会儿 。。。
(5) 里面出现内容了。下次再次使用，仍然可以。
