TI写参数都是最大的,不同的封装,接口有些不一样,不同温度温度级别,频率有可能不同。现在用的AM3715,选的是FCBGA (CUS) | 423 封装的,结果USB口就只有3个,而且工业级的最高只能跑到800MHZ
