TI写参数都是最大的，不同的封装，接口有些不一样，不同温度温度级别，频率有可能不同。现在用的AM3715，选的是FCBGA (CUS) | 423 封装的，结果USB口就只有3个，而且工业级的最高只能跑到800MHZ
