错误信息如下：

引起这个问题的原因是：服务端 CVS 文件版本号和本机文件的版本号不一致导致的
解决办法如下：
1、先找到文件在服务端对应的位置，
2、用记事本打开该文件， 
1.2 就是此文件在服务器端cvs上的版本号
3、找到文件在本机上对应的位置。 
4、修改本地文件版本号
打开 CVS下的Entries文件。 
5、如果使用了IDE，在IDE中 F5刷新一下项目，版本号就会同步成修改后的版本号
