Performance - 2.1

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on Mac running macOS 10.12

Specifically, your app does not launch as expected after installed.
App 安装后没有启动。

Next Steps

Please run your app on a device to identify the issue(s), then revise and resubmit your app for review.

Performance - 2.3

Your app does not achieve the core functionality described in your marketing materials or release notes.

Specifically, we were unable to switch keyboard languages as expected.

The user is provided the option to select this functionality within the app.

Only after attempting to use this functionality is the user told that it is not available without an additional install.

It will be necessary to remove this functionality from the app.

Performance - 2.3.8

We noticed that your app name to be displayed on the App Store does not sufficiently match the name of the app displayed when installed on Mac OS X.

iTunes Connect Name: XXXX
App Name when Installed: YYYY

Next Steps

You can change the app name for the App Store (in iTunes Connect), or in your app (in Xcode), or both. When changing the app name, be sure to make any needed updates your marketing text, screen shots and app content.

To change the installed app name displayed on Mac OS X, you must make the changes in Xcode. See < href="http://help.apple.com/xcode/mac/8.2/#/dev3db3afe4f"> "Project Editor Help".

Note: It is important that you do not change your Bundle Identifier, which is used to uniquely identify your app in the App Store. Changing the Bundle Identifier will prevent users from upgrading and will introduce a new application rather than an update.

To change the app name displayed in the App Store, in  iTunes Connect :

1. Select Manage Your Applications
2. Select your application
3. Under Versions, select View Details
4. Select Edit, next to Version Information
5. Change the App Name
6. Select Save
7. Click Submit New Metadata

Please make sure to make any metadata changes to all localizations.

Before you Submit

The user interface of your app is not consistent with the  OS X Human Interface Guidelines . Specifically:

We found the app does not use the standard "Quit" menu name for quitting apps, which may lead to user confusion.

Next Steps

Please revise your app to address all instances of this type of issue.

If you are unable to reproduce this issue, ensure you are testing the exact version of the app that you submitted for review, and that you're doing so in a minimally privileged environment. See  Technical Q&A QA1778: How to reproduce bugs reported against Mac App Store submissions .

For information on how to symbolicate and read a crash log, please see  Technical Note TN2123 - CrashReporter .
