WIN7安装VS2008时，不出意外的出现了问题。
错误提示：

Google搜索解决方案，微软官方论坛给出答案：禁用Windows Update，重启机器，再重新安装。尝试该方法，失败。
帖子里有人提出是因为 NET Framework 1.0 的问题。卸载之，发现无法成功。原来 Windows Modules Installer 没有启动。
根本原因是安装了ArcGIS9.3后，注册表被修改了。修改注册表，启动之。重新安装VS2008，成功。
