增加tomcat的缓存

起因是我做了一个批量压缩图片的功能，在服务器上跑这个功能的时候，发现服务器有警告。警告的内容大概如下。

 XX....  to the cache because there was insufficient free space available after evict

大概的意思就是说缓存不够。于是我再tomcat的conf下的context中增加如下代码，增加了tomcat的缓存。

    <Resources cachingAllowed="true" cacheMaxSize="" />

后面那个数字的单位是KB。等压缩完图片以后，再改回来原有配置。
