使用静默（silent）模式来安装weblogic，在需要将安装脚本化，或无法使用图形界面的时候非常有用。
下面按照自己在实际工作中碰到的例子，来慢慢总结不同版本和平台weblogic的静默安装方法。
weblogic 12.1.3
1. reponse file content. below content should be saved as weblogic_install.rsp

Response File Version=1.0.0.0. [GENERIC] #The oracle home location. This can be an existing Oracle Home or a new Oracle Home.

MYORACLESUPPORT_PASSWORD=<SECURE VALUE> #Set this to true if you wish to decline the security updates. Setting this to true and providing empty string for My Oracle Support username will ignore the Oracle Configuration Manager configuration
