1: 先创建一个maven web  项目:

可以参照之前的文章:  用Maven 创建一个 简单的 JavaWeb 项目

创建好之后的目录是这样的;

2: 先配置maven  修改pom.xml

为了体现出spring mvc 的作用  写了两个jsp页面 (index.jsp 和 welcome.jsp);

其中 index.jsp 放置在webapp 目录下面 可以直接访问 ; welcome.jsp放置在 WEB-INF 目录下面 只能通过 controller 跳转来访问.
