Ubuntu12.04，终端中分别输入下面两条指令：
gsettings set org.gnome.gedit.preferences.encodings auto-detected “['GB18030', 'GB2312', 'GBK', 'UTF-8', 'BIG5', 'CURRENT', 'UTF-16']”
gsettings set org.gnome.gedit.preferences.encodings shown-in-menu “['GB18030', 'GB2312', 'GBK', 'UTF-8', 'BIG5', 'CURRENT', 'UTF-16']”
如果提示参数出错，那是上面中的双引号变成中文的了，把它改为英文的双引号就可以了。
