更新WIN10后，打开远程桌面，提示：
以 管理员身份打开 cmd或者PowerShell，贴入：
REG ADD HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters\ /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2
搞定。
